Wellness Wednesday: 20-Minute Stretching Routine Your Body Needs


I’m sure you’ve heard it before, but it never hurts to be reminded – Don’t forget to stretch!

Devoting a few minutes to a good stretching routine several times a week can prevent (and treat) a host of problems.

Stretching can help improve range of motion, improve posture and prevent aches and pains, plus it can help you relax and manage stress.
