9 Ways Having Compassion For Animals Improves Your Health


If you’re reading this blog then I’m sure you’re already an animal-lover, so excuse my preaching to the choir 🙂

I just wanted to pass along this wonderful article by Michelle Millis Chappel at Lifehack, which highlights some of the ways compassion for animals benefits us (see link below).

Really, any thinking, feeling human should already know that animals deserve (and return) our love, but it doesn’t hurt to be reminded, right?

On a personal level, I can say that rescuing a litter of feral kittens in 2015 had a profound impact on how I viewed all animals. Interacting with those (allegedly) unwanted kittens was a mind-enhancing experience and showed me the value of all life.
